How is every one today i am well it looks like we are in for another stinker of aday. We are having two extremes with weather these days its either hot as hell or raining nice for getting flu or some kinda cold.

Anyways this post is about Nhlangano Swazi Milling Classic this one race i have never done before so i know nothing about it. But all i can tell you is i will have some photos up and google earth pictures up the nite or day after the race. Later i will try get a link up for online registrations and a link to a form

Registration at Nhlangano Hotel Casino Royale on Friday evening 18h00 to 20h00 and Saturday morning from 06h30.

Distances, entry fees and start times:

20 km – R 60.00pp- starting 08h50

40km – R 80.00pp – starting 08h40

80km – R 130.00pp – starting 08h30
